Julie Connolly, CISSP, is a Principal Cybersecurity Engineer with more than 20 years in MITRE’s Cybersecurity Technical Center. She is an expert working across the cybersecurity domain: policy, strategy, standards, research, and operations. Ms. Connolly is part of a MITRE team supporting the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) effort to develop collaborative approaches to manage medical device cybersecurity. She has also helped make governance and cybersecurity recommendations to improve the Department of Health and Human Services’ (HHS’s) information technology (IT) infrastructure, and helped mature the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services’ (CMS’s) cyber threat intelligence capability.
