Elaine K. Swift shapes strategic initiatives with federal agencies to enable healthy aging for Americans. As a senior strategist on aging for the federally funded research and development center that MITRE operates for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Swift has led healthcare research projects in partnership with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation, the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, and other organizations. Swift earned a doctorate in political science from Harvard University.
