Elaine Ward, M.S., applies her expertise in enterprise engineering and systems thinking on large-scale programs for federal civilian and defense agencies. Ms. Ward directs MITRE’s Enterprise Strategy and Transformation division. Her team’s expertise lies in strategy, organizational management, organizational planning and relationship management and agility, feasibility analysis and design, and enterprise portfolio planning and architecture. Ms. Ward is also known as an expert who determines the right mix of people, processes, and technology to solve critical issues of national importance.
