Erin M. Schultz is an expert in contracting, source selection, proposals, and acquisition strategies for a variety of customers within the many civilian agencies, the Department of Defense (DoD), and the Intelligence Community (IC). Ms. Schultz directs MITRE’s acquisition division of nearly 300 people. Her team works across the federal government, bringing conflict-free support to acquisition transformation of the Centers of Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), and other agencies. Ms. Schultz and her team use innovative acquisition strategies, risk and program management, and data‑driven cost and business analytics to solve our nation’s most complex challenges.
