Health Information Sharing Maturity Model: A Tool to Enable Effective Interoperability for States – Health interoperability is key for improving care coordination, efficiency, and reducing physician burden. The Health Information Sharing Maturity Model enables states to have common criteria, assess their levels of interoperability, understand the best practice, identify gaps, and build a roadmap that ensures efficient use of funding for most effective capabilities.
